Conscious Connected Breathwork is a method of breathwork that connects the inhale to the exhale, creating a continuous, circular, rhythmic flow. Each breath provides more room for compassion, connection, pleasure, and joy while releasing stuck energy that could be causing hurt and impacting your quality of life. With every conscious breath, you draw in more energy to bring in new possibilities.
We invite you to enter an altered state of conscious for deep internal healing just by laying down and breathing! You will be breathing for 30-45 minutes and guided by certified breathworks.

Note: Blankets, mats and bolsters will be provided. You can bring your own yoga mat a blanket and pillow and eye mask for optimal comfort.
