Breath is essential to life, and yet many of us don’t use it as a tool for life. It is the core of our existence, the way we build a bridge to connect our internal and external worlds. Every time we inhale we are inviting in life. Our exhale is a representation and practice of letting go/releasing. And it is our main way of expelling toxins from our body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork supports that bridge. This method of breathwork connects the inhale to the exhale, creating a flow state and making room for more compassion, connection, pleasure and joy while releasing stuck energy that is causing your hurt and impacting your quality of life.
A single breathwork session (120 min) can help you process an attachment to a situation. A series of sessions can offer you insight on stuck patterns, and old belief systems to allow you to make conscious changes in your life. The work will support an awakening to the truth of who you really are.
